Genizer production-type liposome online extrusion system is professionally used in the production of drug-loaded liposomes. It consists of three parts: power system, extrusion system and detection system. The extrusion system is highly modular and is based on the parallel combination of Model 142 online extruder modules, and models such as GOE-8L- 2GOE-8L- 4GOE-8L-6GOE -8L-8 are commonly available. Genizer Online Liposome Extruders is high pressure homogenizer or pump online driven, from testing to manufacture production of liposome and lipopolyplex for drug and gene delivery; Temperature control is available.
Product introduction:
The production liposome extrusion system can be used to prepare liposomes in batches ranging from 1L to 1000L, with a particle size of 50 to 200nm. It can be used with an electric pump, and the operating pressure is from 1500-5000psi. It can be prepared for liposomal production of doxorubicin, paclitaxel, amphoteric B, doxorubicin, daunorubicin, cytarabine, vincristine, cisplatin, econazole nitrate. Easy to clean and sterilize, and complies with GMP and FDA pharmaceutical factory specifications.
